I starred at the stars, lucky of being under the same sky,

Hoping they would bring us on the same path,

I listened to the rain, as a love melody,

A reminder that true love always find it’s way,

I prayed, I waited, I hoped,

I screamed, I cried and I begged,

Finally, I learned that the universe doesn’t bring together those who don’t truly love each other.

God is love, God is kind, and God is trust,

Trust the paths that cross, the paths that part,

Because God knows where love is when we don’t.
